Symphysis pubis dysfunction

Hi all,

About a week ago I stretched in the morning before getting out of bed and felt a pop in my pelvis. I have since felt it pretty much every morning, while stretching, before I get out of bed. 

I did some research and it sounds like SPD (but I'm checking with my doc today). Apparently it's from a hormone called relaxin that preps our pelvis for expansion and to make room for the baby. The ligaments/joints relax and sudden movements, rolling in bed, and getting up will cause the sensation. It's not painful but I've heard that for some women it is.

Does anyone else experience this? I use a body pillow at night but still get the morning pop. If you have any helpful tips please let me know!
