constipation pain?

October 2012 in 1st Trimester

does anyone else feel like their digestive organs are made of barbed wire? truth is, i am not all that constipated. i go everyday BUT leading up to going and after going, it feels like my guts are being ripped out. sometimes its all i can do to walk to the bathroom. in the morning, my entire belly feels sore. i am starting to think something else is majorly wrong.
