Spotting & Cramping Twice Now... Advice Please...

I woke up at 4:30 am my regular "pee" time and I saw blood on the tissue. I'm about 5 weeks. I am experiencing cramping. Is this normal? =( What has me worried is that I spotted last week as well at the doctors and it went away. Is this bad?
