Q about Daycare Bottles

Do you ladies who send bottles to daycare send exactly the amount your LO should need or do you send extra?

DH is pretty straight forward. 4.5 ounces every 3 hours, so he should need to eat 3 times at daycare (9:30, 12:30, and 3:30). Should I send a fourth bottle just in case? Or just what I know he will need?
