PSA for those wanting to increase milk supply

I have low milk supply so I'm always working on ways to increase it, even if it's an ounce or so. Well, I've been practicing hand expression for a few days (watch video below), and have increased supply by almost 2 oz a day!!

Here's what I do each pumping session:

1) Pump both breasts at the same time until milk stops coming out

2) Single pump and use hand to massage each breast (usually a bit more comes out

3) Hand express each breast into pump flange, then resume single pumping.

The whole session takes about 35 minutes.
