Lactation Cookies
I just made a batch and they are tasty! The recipe was recommended by a local bf'ing group I'm in so I wanted to pass it along. Hope it formats correctly from my phone.
NoBake Lactation Cookies
Keep in mind that you CANNOT make these when the humidity is high...they won't set up.
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups oats
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/8 cup brewer's yeast
1/8 cup flaxseed meal
Melt the stick of butter in a saucepan, add sugar, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil and boil for EXACTLY 60 seconds. Off the heat, add the vanilla.
Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter, oats, brewer's yeast and flaxseed meal. Stir well, then drop onto parchment paper.
I used a small ice cream scoop/melon baller tool. Work quickly because they set up fast as it cools.
