Are your 4 mo appts on time?

I was just looking at my calendar for the next month and realized DSs 4 mo wellness check is scheduled for the end of October-he'll be well over 4 months by then (almost 5, actually).  If you've made your appt. for the 4 mo checkup, how old will your LO be?  I'm concerned that it might be a little late and I don't want to start solids without him going first!
