i just made baby food!

and it is rediculously easy!  i am so oroud of me right now!

We went apple picking a few weeks ago and this morning i turned 4 smaller than average macoun apples into 16 oz of baby food which is freezing away.  i peeled the apples and cut chunks, boiled/steamed them until they were tender.  let it cool, blended it smooth with most of the water it boiled in and voila!

i did not start em on food until 6 months or so, so we have time,, but how cool is it that when the twins are ready, their first 16 ounces are ready too
