alka seltzer?

September 2012 in 1st Trimester

I have read the alka seltzer for upset stomach is not good cause it contains aspirin. Has anyone ever asked their doc about this? Also they do make it without aspirin so wondering if anyone knows if that is safe? I am having a lot of indigestion and it has always worked wonders for me. Tums do nothing for me. I am just sooo miserable!!!
