Next ultrasound after 6w ultrasound?

I got an ultrasound for dating and all that jazz and we found out we were at 6w3d. Heartbeat at 111bpm and all! 

My question is for those ladies who've also had early ultrasounds...when did you get your next ultrasound? Do they still end up doing one around 8-12 weeks? I just hope I don't have to wait forever to check on my little peanut again!
