3mo growth spurt vs. Wonder Week 12

Ok, so I'm all good on understanding and identifying wonder week 12 (as some of you ladies on here know, I am a Wonder Week AW with my blog post on it because it truly blows me away how on point this study is and how little publicity it gets) BUT I'm having trouble separating from 12 week growth spurt. 

STMs or FTMs going through the 12 week growth spurt now - how is your LO behaving?  Are they sleeping more than usual, waking up at night, etc.?

Mine has been super fussy at night, waking up in tears, doing weird stuff like rubbing her head w/both hands.  Most of it is WW 12 type behavior, but just curious what your experiences have been?
