Conflicted (NBR)

My boss sent me a video that management made for professional development, and that she narrates. She wants my feedback on it (although it's already published and sent out, so she basically wants me to tell her it's great). The video itself is fine but she keeps saying "expecially" in it and it drives me insane. So now I have to tell her that the video is great but I'm cringing at all the teachers - did I mention the video is for teachers?? - who are going to notice. Hopefully I'm just picky.
