How do you breastfeeding mommas do it?

I've been breastfeeding LO a couple times a day and holy geez, how do you do it? I'll be laying there letting him eat (only way he eats from both. If its a top off snack, he gets the left only in football hold) and he will keep wiggling, punching the air, kicking, squirming, all of it. Then he gets mad when the nipple falls out of his mouth. What am I missing? I tried keeping him swaddled for these feedings, but then our bodies do not line up in the least for that. edit dear TB stop stealing my punctuation on my phone!
