Is this ok?

So I am around 4 weeks or so tomorrow I should be 5 I am just wondering if it is ok if the ONLY symptoms I have are great sense of smell, tired, back pain, tummy cramping, weird dreams and a missed period. I DO NOT HAVE ms or breast pain I keep reading everyone is having breast pain but im not is this ok?
