Uterus measuring 3 weeks ahead of schedule??

Hi everyone..i love how everyone makes me feel normal here and I like feeling like im not the only one puking and having nightmares and emotions and cramps but i went to the dr yesterday and he felt around on my abdomen and he said you are measuring 12 weeks not 9..according to my ovulation organizer im right on at 9 weeks but he ordered an ultrasound in a few weeks to see if there might be twins (yikes) im so nervous, and he also said that may be why im already popping outta my pant buttons and lowering my zippers, and getting so sick..any ideas?
