Eczema lotion?

DS has had dry red patches on his cheeks that come and go but they've gotten worse over the past day or two. I don't know if it is eczema or just dry skin but I want to put something on it to see if it will help. Anyone whose LO has eczema or dry skin have any recommendations? TIA!
