My dishes are staring at me.

How do you ladies get motivated when you know you need to do something but are just enjoying well, not doing it?
I'm normally pretty good at keeping up, but when my motivation tanks, it tanks. Especially today when I'm really feeling the "no pressure, I have an endless 24/7 time continuum to get this done" feeling.
So now I need to do a few little things around the house, [dishes and wash walls to be exact] but I just don't want to. What do you do to get yourself going? I know getting off my phone would be a start...
