Please recommend your prenatal vitamin

I currently take the one from Walmart however since we are going to TTC starting November I am wondering if I should take one that is a little better.  Once you get pregnant does your doctor put you on a prescription prenatal?  Or did you continue taking what you were already on before you TTC?  Is it good to take one with DHA?
