Lower Back Pain and Cramping

Ok so iam 5 weeks pregnant! Very Happy My husband and i can't wait for the little munchkin because we been waiting for this for 7 years!

Now, the only pregoo symptomes i have is sore Breast, Lover Back Pain and Cramping. I have no nausea or anything else.

I wanna know if that is common? Because I know a lot of women have the nausea by now, some are light headed i feel great! My OB does not schedule my appointment till iam 10 weeks at least.

Please help iam so nervous and excited at the same time
