Staff change at Drs office - Would you ask?

I have been going to the same OBGYN for 15 years and have always had great expereinces.

I had my first appt for this pregnancy last Friday and the whole staff has changed with the exception of my doctor. The lady at the front desk and both of his office nurses are new. My last office visit was in March of this year, so in 6 months time there has been a complete staff turn over. Nurses have come and gone through the years but this just struck me as really odd. He has had the same staff since my last pregnancy, at least 4 years.

Would you ask about it?
