Specifically, how do you put your LO down for a nap? I'm so bad at this. There are a few times in the day when he's sleepy (rubs his eyes, yawns, etc) and he'll fall asleep at the breast, or he'll fall asleep in the stroller on in the Moby wrap - but how do I actually put him down when he's not on me or in the stroller? For some reason it's like I'm scared to. He napped on his own last week once when I couldn't hold him since I was pumping and he just closed his eyes himself, which was awesome -- I just don't know why I can't put him down. Does anyone have any tips they can share? Thanks!
