Postpartum sex/cervix question

So I'm 8 weeks pp and DH and I had successful sexy time the other night (after being cleared at 6 weeks by OB)...2 days later and I'm super swollen! Also, for those of you who charted before, my cervix is really soft and low and it actually seems like I'm still dilated about a fingertip or so?

Cause for concern (like a call to the OB?) or normal? And anybody else experience lots of swelling after sex? Argh, I just want things to be normal again!!
