Can he already be teething??

8 weeks is way too young, right? LO is super cranky, sucking/gnawing on his fist and drool is just POURING out of his mouth lately. I swear I saw two little white buds on his gums where his bottom central teeth would be, but I thought this was supposed to start in a couple of months? It's so strange, he goes from being content to all of a sudden wailing and being inconsolable for a good 10 minutes at a time!
