cervix pinching pain?

Ok, so it feels like i have more pains npw than in my previous two pregnancies! At 5 weeks i get pinching pains in my ovaries, very mild lower back cramps and now i have developed an odd sharp pinching lile pain in my cervix area!!!!! Called my OB and he said this was all normal due to uterus stretching out. He said to watch oit for intermittent cramping, what does that even mean? Also i have no bleeding pr spotting so that is a good thing. Anyone else experimce that odd cervical pinching pain early on in your pregnancy???
