Hcg not doubling

So I did an u/s last week and I measured 2 weeks behind my supposed due date. I measured at 5 weeks and no fetus pole/ no heartbeat was found.

I did the beta draw and my hcg went up only 30 in 48 hours. My dr emailed me and said its likely my pregnancy is not developing normally. Had anybody had anything like that and had a healthy baby? I am crushed right now. They want to do another draw tomorrow and u/s next week.
