Fall/Winter clothes

It has been getting colder here lately and I need to get DS some warmed clothing. I have picked up some more pants and long sleeve onesies and plan to get a few more. I have a couple warn hald sleep sacks but other then that I'm lost.

What do you have or plan on getting for your LO for colder weather? Do I need to get some kind of jacket or are hoodies and a blanket on him in the car seat okay? I know he isn't suppose to wear puffy things while in the car seat. Also, what about for bedtime? Should he wear pj's with feet and a sleep sack or can he wear a long sleeve onesie under the sleep sack or just a fleece sleeping bag? What are your plans?
