What's normal for stomachaches at 11wks?

I am 11 weeks 3 days.  The past couple days, but especially today, my stomach has been feeling just generally achy.  There's no cramping, no bleeding, it's not a pain- it's an ache- almost like some serious sore muscles.  I thought maybe it was round ligament pain, but I don't know that the descriptions I've found of that are what I'm experiencing.  Is this general lower abdominal achiness normal?  Is it round ligament pain, or something else?
