Already getting bigger

Anyone else already out growing their clothes? I am 7 wks along and already had to get a belly band because none of my pants will button. I know I'm probably just really bloated, but when does it change from being bloated to be being baby? Right now I just feel fat. With my first child I didn't start showing like this until about 12-13 wks.
