13 wks and 3 days still not showing?

I'm about to be almost 14 wks and I still haven't told anyone we're expecting although I had my appt. about 2 wks ago and saw how the baby was very active and moving I'm almost 4 months and no one has noticed a thing, would that be normal? Is it normal to not be showing yet ?? I had a miscarriage in December so it's always on the back of my mind something bad might happen again.
