pinching pain and cramping

Hi ladies, i am about 5 weeks now. Yesterday my right ovary started aching, a strong pinching pain that came and went. I also have very mild cramping vague in my lower back with NO bleeding. I know my OB said this was normal when i saw him a week ago but i am still worried! I am freaking out about everything..... Did you all exprience this? What was it and did u and your pregnancy turn out ok? Please share your story with me...... :
