Red bleeding

I am 5 weeks 6 days and started spotting brown on Monday. Yesterday it turned red and there was some in the toilet during my fmu, but then it was only there when I wiped. Today is the same. Called the dr yesterday, he had me come in for an hcg test but said that he thinks I'm fine because I'm not soaking pads or cramping. My other problem is that my only symptom was sore boobs, but they don't hurt anymore. I'm freaking out that I've lost the baby or am losing the baby. Anyone else have this?
