BFers...baby still choking?

DD will still choke while feeding. I can tell when it's going to happen, she'll take a break from sucking and then take a breath and I can hear the milk go down the wrong pipe. Maybe the milk pools in her mouth while she takes a couple second break? Anyways, anyone still having this problem? I thought they were supposed to outgrow it. I don't have oversupply, I guess just a forceful letdown...I don't spray or anything, she just chokes!
