Anyone your baby dislikes?

I have a very good friend that DD just can't stand. Everytime she holds her she will just scream and scream. She does not do this with other people, and this girl is not a stranger to her. I am so perplexed by it. She was one of the people I was planning to let watch DD for me, as she has offered many times, but I wouldn't be able to leave her with her and not worry that she is screaming uncontrollably the entire time. She really likes DD and always
wants to hold her, but DD always gets
really upset and then I will have a hard
time calming her. It has gotten to the point where I avoid hanging out with her to prevent the whole her wanting to hold DD, me having to make excuses or DD having a fit. I just don't get it! The girl used to work in an infant room in a daycare so it's not like she doesn't know how to hold or care for a baby. Anyone else's LO have a person they just don't like? Any thoughts on how to handle it and spare the friends feelings?
