Baby clothes sale - is it too early to buy?

I am really really tempted to buy some baby clothes (gender neutral of course) because amazon emailed me saying they are having a baby clothes sale. I already have a few things in my cart and then I thought - maybe I need to wait since I am still in first tri. Do you think I should delete my cart and wait till second tri? (This is my fave...awwwww!!)
