Those with LOs with good weight gain

I read posts of some of you with great weight gain and growth and  I cannot help but compare.  I just cannot seem to get C to gain weight.  What are you doing?  I feed on demand but never go more than 3 hours  without feeding.  Nights are 4-5 hours with a feeding.  She just doesn't seem to take more than 2-3 ounces each time.  I'm getting really frustrated.  If I feel like I am empty I offer formula so I have no problem supplementing.  Any tricks to getting her to eat more?
