Vent about daycare

I'm the first to say leave your kid at home if they are sick. That being said, DS is rarely sick. The most I've taken him to daycare with is a clear runny nose. Today they call to tell me that DS has a fever and I need to come get him. His temp was 99.8. That's not a fever! Give my kid a glass of milk and have him sit for a bit. He was probably running around like mad and got too hot. That and she says he likes to wear is jacket all the time. Well when I take him in the morning it's chilly. Inside he doens't need it! Seriously! Now I have to leave work and use up vacation time for my sick kid.
