Diet soda devil's advocate...

So we saw the long thread on the ins and outs of aspartame vs HFCS vs sugar...on the other side, is there anyone that CONTINUED to drink diet soda during their pregnancies and have normal outcomes? Because my mom drank TAB while pregnant with me like it was going out of style foreshadowing... and I turned out pretty smart. And I enjoy my diet mountain dew and crystal light because coffee is gross and I hate plain water. I should add that I lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks in college when I switched to diet soda from regular and can't even stomach the reg soda, like drinking syrup!
