Nosebleeds?

Anyone else having these? I've had two pretty bad ones in the last 4-5 days. The last one was this morning at about 6am, and it woke me up. I kept thinking to myself "this is strange, one side is really stopped up, and the other side is SO runny..maybe I should go blow my nose.." Sadly, that thought process took about 2 minutes..LOL. The other one started randomly while I was driving one day. I sleep with a humidifier on high right next to my bed side, and I've been using saline nasal spray to keep everything moist since it's been so dry lately.

Is there anything else I can do?
