Paranoid dr 9/26

So I'm nearly 8 weeks and a first timer. I have a odd suspicion that I'm not pg anymore. I think it's because I don't really have any symptoms and my dr isn't until 9/26. I've had no spotting. No idea how to think and feel. 

Trying to stay positive. I've already called Dr twice to see about getting in sooner and no luck. My bestie had her appt this past Wednesday so her mind is at ease.
