prenatal dance class

My SIL invited me to a prenatal dance class tomorrow morning. I have no idea what to expect and I believe I'll be the only one there not showing. Everyone else is due next month, or very soon after. My SIL is a doula & it's one of her doula friends I believe that is giving us a free dance class as a trial run so to speak. I am hoping I can get through it and my nausea doesn't get in the way :S
