I bought a bottle of vitamin b6. They are 100mg each. It says adults can take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal, but I was wondering what the 'rule' was for pregnant women taking it for nausea?
I very seldom can eat a full meal lately, and have been pick eating. I mean I'll eat like a bagel, or toast and crackers with a drink.
I don't want to take it and not have it work because my stomach wasn't full enough, or worse, make me MORE nauseated due to taking it on a near empty stomach.
Anyone else who's taken it -- when and how do you take it? and how many mg's?
