1st Trimester

Weight Gain & My Baby Bump

September 2012 in 1st Trimester

My weight since I found out I was pregnant has stayed about the same (fluctuates between 2-3 lbs back and forth) however my baby bump is growing! I'm only 9 weeks and I have a pretty noticeable bump. Nothing else on my body is getting bigger too. Is this normal? A sign of twins maybe?
