Should I be concerned?

Hey guys... I missed my period on Monday and 2 pregnancy tests confirmed I was pregnant. I went to the doctor and the bloodwork also confirmed this. My doctor wanted me to have a sonogram due to some cramping. The sonographer saw nothing but a thick lining right now. I thought I was about 5 weeks but now in not sure. Anyone have a similar experience? The sonographer said it was b/c I was so early still but I'm nervous now
