1st Trimester

Need some advice!

So I am very frustrated cause I am always hungry BUT I have no desire to eat. I munch on crackers and simple things just to have something in my stomach but even sometimes that is a struggle. My biggest problem is not being able to get through sleeping without waking up beyond starving . Last night I had to get up at midnite to eat a bowl of cereal then I woke up at 430am starving again. Does anyone have any suggestions about a snack I can eat before bed that might hold me over til I get up? I know protein would probably be a good idea I just dont know what I will be able to eat. I would appreciate any thoughts!! Happy Friday everyone :-)
