Progesterone lowered

I've been on Prometreum vaginally twice a day because my original bloodwork showed my progesterone level at 13.86. Since it was borderline, they wanted to give me a supplement to be sure. Yesterday, I went for my first ultrasound. Baby looked great, measured 6w4d and we saw heartbeat at 118. They called today and said my progesterone yesterday went down to 11! Why in the world would this happen? They are having me do 3 doses a day now and will do bloodwork in 1 week and an ultrasound in 2 weeks. Any experience??
