Fibroids 1st pregnancy

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 4 weeks. After sex yesterday, I started spotting brown. Then today a light red flow started. I went to urgent care, my pregnancy test was positive and  they found a fibroid on my uterus. The bleeding could not be explained. I was sent home on bed rest. I've read the fibroid could cause bleeding early in pregnancy. However, I am worried, as I won't know anything until my blood work comes back and possibly after another ultrasound. I continue to have some pregnancy symptoms such as tender breast and loose bowels.
