Left side pain

I am almost 10 weeks and having left lower abdomen pain. It feels very similiar to a pulled muscle and usually comes and goes mainly with sudden movement. Also happens during bowel movements. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? Any clue what it could be? This is my first pregnancy so is it possible that its just round ligament pain? HELP!
