Question at 7 weeks (Duplicate Post from May 2013 Board)

I am 7 weeks pregnant and because of my history we have already gone in for a sonogram. Two days  ago baby was measuring right on track with a heartbeat of 146. The last two days my symptoms have disappeared, which is exactly what happened when I loss my last pregnancy at 12 weeks in June. I was throwing up, tired, peeing all the time, etc. Now nothing.

I am torn with calling my doctor or waiting for my appointment in 2 weeks (where I will get another sonogram). Has anyone else lost symptoms at 7 weeks?
