A little worried

I had my initial ultrasound just to determine my due date ,which if off because I ovulate late, and there was blood in the sac. My doctor said I have to get another ultrasound in 2 weeks, but won't tell me the severity. Any thoughts. I have been really stressed but so he is trying not to worry me but I'm worried.
