CF, MTHFR, and a Cyst

Hi ladies.  I am currently 7 weeks and have been receiving blood work results back.  I found out that I am a CF carrier, and also have the MTHFR gene mutation, C only copy.  Has this happened to anyone before?  DH had blood taken today, so the 2 week wait for CF is going to be painful!! 

 

Also, had my first ultrasound yesterday (yay!)  Heard the heartbeat, measuring a few days behind my original EDD, however they found a 5cm cyst on my ovary.  Again, has anyone dealt with this before?  I have had cysts in the past but this is my first pregnancy, and they said it could be painful.
